yesterday sister mae-ann shared about having to cry out to God when problems come, and not just let them grow bigger and bigger.



that's what i need to do.

woke up quite early today (i thought it was very early, until wenqi told me that shes waking up at 4 plus to go school.. >.<)

had a great CG yesterday.. really liked Shuyi's message, even though it seemed a bit practical, and more of a sharing, but really, if you managed to catch that message in your spirit,

Matthew 9:37-38 37 Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. 38 Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.”

few things to note from this short passage:
1. the harvest is plentiful. it truly is plentiful! d8's 12, 13.. 20 is just 8 more. 8 more souls for God, serving God, loving God. 8 more is simple for God.
2. laborers are few.           new leaders to rise up man..
3. pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers.         here i am Lord. here i am.



d8 is just like a renamed d2. if d2 could grow from a small group to 20, d8 can.

and more importantly, it will.




the harvest is coming! be ready for it!
Luke 12:37-39 37 It will be good for those servants whose master finds them watching when he comes. I tell you the truth, he will dress himself to serve, will have them recline at the table and will come and wait on them. 38 It will be good for those servants whose master finds them ready, even if he comes in the second or third watch of the night. 39 But understand this: If the owner of the house had known at what hour the thief was coming, he would not have let his house be broken into.

be ready for the harvest. don't lose sight of the goal!

hehe got my hard disk today.. then just now just realised that hey! i did copy my praise and worship over to this computer! haha, super happy! then i quickly copied them to my external hdd xD

build to last build to last build to last! lucky army's only two years, i'll go crazy under my chief clerk if i have to work for her for too long.. never appreciates people, only looks at their bad parts while missing out the good.. argh..

whoa. sometimes as people, we tend to take things lightly: "aiyah, never mind la, like that can already", "can work can already, don't worry so much".. but God knows our attitude.. He sees more than what our hands do, He sees what our attitude and heart is when we are doing what our hands do..

give God your best, and i'm sure God will give you His best. (:                    wanna bet?

haha, today quite happening ah.. had a half day off from work today, then went to church to have lunch with garrett.. he really shared with us about what he envisioned our church's sound ministry would be, and i must it was a really good time of sharing la, and i really learnt a lot, haha.. not only that, it also gave me a new perspective about the sound ministry and our function la, and that is to support Pastors, to support the worship team, so as to really help them to preach a message that would capture the people's hearts, and to bring down the presence of God so people will be able to experience Him and His goodness la.. yup, haha.. :)

after that i went for prayer meeting! haha, it's been quite long since i've went for the weekday prayer meetings, and i could really feel the presence of God in my life today.. you know, that reassuring voice in your heart that says that all will be fine, as long as i fear God and keep His commandments? yup, that was God speaking to me, reassuring me that everything will be fine.. =D

after that we went for an impromptu movie outing! haha, it was quite funny, 23 of us were there, and we made up like a quarter of the cinema la, lol.. we were watching money no enough 2, which was supposed to be a funny movie, but it turned out that around half of us cried la, and no, not of laughter.. the front part was really funny, how it was like mocking the government and everything, but at the end it was really just super sad la, the way the three brothers just threw their mom around and everything, to the point that their mom was actually agreeing to their every request, but in her heart she was really hurt, and every night she was just crying and crying la.. then i just cried and cried at the way she decided to give up her life so the blood meant for her can be used to save her granddaughter who didn't even really love her.. sob, lol..

on my way home now to rest for a super exciting weekend.. =D 41st day's playing tomorrow, haha.. xDxDxD

i officially hate microsoft to the core X 10^100. stupid vista looks nice, but lags my computer so much that i can't stand it anymore, especially since i'm going to use photoshop and other what-nots on it, so i decided to go back to windows xp.

which meant that i have to copy all my stuff all over the place again to make sure that i don't lose any data.

but now it seems like i've lost all my christian music collection.

AGAIN.
